RECIPE OF THE DAY || GRILLED VEGAN BEAN BURGER

  
Ingredients

    * 1 16ounce can black beans, drained & rinsed
    * 2 carrots, finely diced
    * 1 onion, chopped
    * 3 cloves garlic, minced
    * 1 tbsp chili powder
    * 1 tbsp cumin
    * 1 tsp hot sauce
    * 1 tsp cinnamon
    * 2 tbsp olive oil
    * 1 cup bread crumbs

Preparation:

   1. Preheat charcoal grill and get it nice and hot.
   2. In a large bowl mash black beans.
   3. Add in carrot, onion, garlic, and all spices and olive oil.
   4. Mix in bread crumbs and make 4 patties.
   5. Place on grill and cook for 7 minutes on each side.
